- Defective products
returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners
manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products
returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced

- 20% Restocking
fee will apply on returns if Cash Refund is requested. One can request
for company credit to avoid restocking fee. This company credit can

- Pl. contact

product. A note explaining the problem or situation would be helpful
to expedite your return.
- Based on your
request for return/replacement we will issue a RA (Return Authorization)
number and return address which will need to be printed clearly on the
outside of the package being returned.
- Any returned
package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
- Please allow
1-2 weeks from receipt, for your returns to be processed.

Is it Legal to use?
|
In Canada, Radar Detectors are legal to use in province of AB, BC, SK
and are illegal in NB, MB, ON, QC, NS, NL, PE, NT, YT, NU.
In USA, Radar detectors are completely legal to use in non-commercial
vehicles in 49 states. Virginia and Washington DC are the only places in the United States that currently ban radar
detectors. Radar detector use in commercial vehicles has been prohibited in the U.S. since 1995.
We do not track detector regulations in other countries.

Radar detectors have continued to improve with the advances in
micro-circuitry, and improved logic and signal processing. The most advanced radar detectors are now able to
detect all forms of radar in use, as well as laser, at greater distances than ever before, often miles in advance.
Additionally, some radar detectors even will show the number of signals they are receiving, and from what direction
the radar is being detected. Other common radar detector options include the ability to hard wire the unit directly
into your car, as well as improved resistance to false alarms.
